Easy Directions to the office:
From Countryway turn left onto Race Track Road; pass Wendy’s etc on left hand side; pass
Reptron Blvd on right hand side; turn second right (access) into

Sheffield & Newcastle Sections Gate System:
The above 2 sections of Westchester are gated. New homeowners should
have retrieved gate clickers from the buyer at or before closing to avoid the cost
of purchasing new ones ($30/each).
- Gates at both locations are locked open during the peak hours of 6:30-8:30 am
and 4:30-6:30pm Monday thru Friday.
- New homeowners (once a home phone is installed), or any changes required to the
gate directories must be reported to the Property Management Company

- Gate irregularities or deficiencies should also be reported to Management as soon as possible.
- Gate Codes (both General and Vendor) change every May
and notification is provided to residents in the annual meeting notice mailed the
previous month.

Refuse and Recycling:
Refuse and Recycling services are provided by Hillsborough County
and are billed to individual homeowners annually on your Property Tax Billing.
- Refuse collection days: Mondays and Thursdays
- Recycle and yard debris collection day: Thursday
- Per the Restrictions “Trash, garbage or other waste shall not be kept
except in sanitary containers properly concealed from public view”
- It is recommended that garbage and recycle containers are brought curbside
earliest the evening before scheduled collection and returned out of public view by the evening of scheduled pick up day. Yard debris must be stored alongside home or in the garage until Wednesday evening or Thursday morning and is not encouraged to remain curbside for longer than one day. Branches/palm fronds or similar requiring to be removed on yard debris collection days must be cut to 4ft in length and bundled in a manner to enable “easy pickup” by one person.

Household Chemical Collection – household chemicals are accepted at Town ‘n Country
(9805 Sheldon Road) monthly – materials accepted include paint,
solvents, pool chemicals, hobby and craft supplies, lawn and garden chemicals – for residents only.

Reclaimed Water:
All homes and the common areas have reclaimed water. Usage is unrestricted but the
County stresses that abuse shall result in restrictions which could affect
the whole community! From time to time testing is necessary and interruptions are experienced.

Remember Reclaimed Water is a privilege and usage should be respected!

Aggressive Alligators: Florida Fish & Game can be contacted at 888 404 3922 or (813) 648 3200.
Please remember that this division is extremely strict and does not willingly want
to end the life of an alligator – the alligator must show signs of posing a definite threat
before a call should be made. They also require the location and size of the alligator.
Remember it is against the law to feed alligators, so please do not!

This County department enforces County’s Animal Ordinances and Florida laws related to animals:
lost or stray dogs cats, picks up sick or injured animals, quarantines animals that have bitten
someone and removes small dead animals on County roads. Animal Control Officers can issue
civil citations that carry a monetary penalty and/or impoundment for violations of the County
ordinance.

– irrigation faults; landscaping matters; pond related; or park related.
