Your Homeowners Association is responsible for helping maintain the quality of life of our neighborhood. We are all volunteers with a keen interest in helping us all get the most out of our living experience here in Westchester. We want to hear your ideas and represent your interests, and look forward to your attendance at any and all meetings.

The Homeowners Association Annual Meeting, the most important meeting of the year, is held April of every year

We also meet at 6:30 on the first wednesday of the following months

• AUGUST
• OCTOBER - BUDGET MEETING

Also, the Design Review Committee meets the first wednesday of each month (unless there are no applications to review)
